CAROLYNNE WAHLMAN, Partner
Carolynne Wahlman’s practice is in the areas of insurance defence and commercial litigation. She articled with Evans, Philp LLP and in 2002 returned as an associate after her call to the Bar of Ontario. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor’s of Law degree and achieved a position on the Dean’s List in 2000. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Social Work from McMaster University. Carolynne practiced as a social worker for 4 years with the Catholic Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton. This experience gave Carolynne the practical and legal knowledge to assist service providers for children, such as School Boards, with issues such as duty to report child maltreatment, interaction with child welfare agencies or police, maltreatment investigations, and custody access issues. Carolynne has experience in representing clients before all levels of Courts in Ontario.
