Lisa joined Evans Philp LLP in 2022, bringing many years of insurance defence litigation experience. She has represented clients at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the License Appeal Tribunal. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, primarily defending personal injury claims.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario. She was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2005.

In addition to her practice, Lisa is an active member of the legal community. Presently, she is on the executive of the Canadian Defence Lawyers and past chair of CDL’s Women’s Caucus. She is also on the executive of the Hamilton Medical Legal Society and a member of the Bench & Bar Committee of the Hamilton Law Association.
